We finally decided to thaw and use up some extra ingredients leftover from our New Years feast. D whipped up a potato, kielbasa, and mustard green stew for dinner, complete with garlic toast and parsley.
Nothing like a beer-based dutch oven dish to keep us warm as the Nashville temps drop down to around 8 degrees. Brrrr! I might just sleep in this snuggie tonight...
